Saudi Oil Refineries Targeted by Yemeni Ballistic Missiles

Saudi oil refineries in Yanbu were targeted by two ballistic missiles from Yemen on Saturday, but air defense systems intercepted them, Greek security sources told Reuters.

The defenses, operated by Greek military personnel, used a U.S.-made Patriot air defense battery to shoot down the missiles.

A Saudi civil defense warning was issued for Yanbu and later canceled, while another alert was given for the port city of Jizan, 1,000 km south of Yanbu.
