Saudi Arabia's East-West pipeline to the Red Sea remains shut after drone attacks damaged it last week. To compensate, Saudi Aramco is offering more crude oil to Asian refiners through ship-to-ship transfers off Oman's Sohar port.

The company has made at least two similar offers in recent weeks, according to people familiar with the matter. The affected crude types are Arab Light, Arab Medium, and Arab Heavy.

Ras Tanura and Juaymah ports have seen their Saudi crude loadings double over the past week to about 4 million barrels per day, as tracked by satellite data.
