Sawgrass LNG & Power has made its debut in the aerospace industry by delivering liquefied natural gas (LNG) to an aerospace customer at Cape Canaveral. This marks a significant expansion for the company, which has been growing its footprint since its inception.

The initial deliveries were completed last month and are produced at Sawgrass' liquefaction facility in Miami. The company's ISO container fleet, one of the largest in the hemisphere, is used to transport the LNG.

This new market entry gives Sawgrass a diversification that it believes is unmatched among LNG suppliers in the region. The company now serves six distinct end markets: transportation, island power grids, gas utility grids, behind-the-meter power generation, aerospace, and marine bunkering.
