Iowa corn growers are celebrating a major victory in their long-standing quest for nationwide access to E15, thanks to the inclusion of this provision in the U.S. Senate's updated Farm Bill text.

The bill, which includes year-round E15 as a key component, has been welcomed by Iowa Corn Growers Association (ICGA) President Mark Mueller, who highlighted the benefits of increased ethanol demand for American corn growers.

'This progress drives demand for American corn, lowers prices at the pump for consumers, and strengthens our national energy independence,' Mueller said in a statement.

In 2025, Iowa drivers already capitalized on E15 savings, seeing an average savings of 15 cents per gallon, resulting in over $60 million in combined savings across the state.
