Shin Shin Natural Gas released its first-half financial results on August 28, 2026. The company reported pre-tax profit of NT$379 million (approximately $12.0 million), a 93.5% year-over-year increase.

Earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$1.88, already exceeding the full-year 2025 figure of NT$1.61. This was largely due to a reversal in non-operating income, which turned from a loss of NT$53 million in H1 2025 to a gain of NT$161 million in H1 2026.

However, core business momentum was somewhat weak, with revenue declining by 3.0% year-over-year and operating income falling by 12.3%. This was attributed to a slight decline in gas supply volume.
