Silver Futures Hit Critical Level Ahead of June Cycle Low
Silver futures are currently trading at $67.96, testing the lower end of the current VC PMI value zone after a sharp decline from its recent high of $77.35.
The market has fallen below the Daily VC PMI Mean at $70.39, indicating short-term bearish momentum.
However, prices remain above the critical Weekly Buy 1 level at $65.41, suggesting that the larger intermediate trend remains intact unless this support is violated on a closing basis.
The Variable Changing Price Momentum Indicator (VC PMI) suggests that when prices reach Buy 1 or Buy 2 levels, there's a high probability of mean reversion, with a 90% to 95% chance of the market reverting back toward the mean.
From a cycle perspective, silver appears to be approaching an important 90-day cycle low window expected during mid-June 2026, which could indicate that liquidation has ended and accumulation is beginning.
