Silver prices remained largely unchanged on Thursday, according to FXStreet data. The metal traded at $60.48 per troy ounce, a minimal increase of 0.10% from Wednesday's price of $60.42.
This stability comes despite silver's decline by 14.92% since the start of the year.
The Gold/Silver ratio stood at 68.81 on Thursday, indicating that it takes nearly 69 ounces of silver to equal the value of one ounce of gold.
