TC Energy Unloads Mexican Pipeline for $400 Million

TC Energy Corporation is selling its Guadalajara-Manzanillo Pipeline to affiliates of ESENTIA Energy Development, S.A.B. de C.V. for a gross purchase price of $400 million.

The pipeline spans 313 kilometers and transports up to 500 million cubic feet per day of natural gas, connecting imported liquefied natural gas supply near Manzanillo with continental gas supply near Guadalajara.

TC Energy plans to deploy the proceeds from this sale toward high-value growth opportunities across its North American footprint. The company is continuing to pursue its focus on disciplined capital allocation and has over 30 years of operating history in Mexico.
