Ukraine's Corn Exports Surge as Wheat Deliveries Plummet

The Ukrainian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food has reported that as of September 21, the country has exported 4.6 million tonnes of cereals and pulses since the beginning of the 2026/2027 marketing year.

This includes 928 thousand tonnes of grain shipped abroad in September alone, a significant increase from the same period last year.

The data shows that while wheat exports have decreased to 2.3 million tonnes compared to 4.1 million tonnes last year, corn deliveries have almost doubled to 1.8 million tonnes from 905 thousand tonnes.
