Ukravit Experts Recommend Bramkar for Winter Cereal Protection
The sowing of winter cereals for the 2027 harvest is underway in Ukraine, despite challenges such as military risks and low grain prices. Experts from Ukravit company emphasize the importance of seed treatment to protect crops at an early stage.
Volodymyr Konohrai, product manager for Fungicides at Ukravit, stresses that 'seed treatment is the first line of defense for your future harvest.' He recommends using a comprehensive product that provides simultaneous disease control and protection against soil and early post-emergence pests.
The company's recommended solution is Bramkar, an insecto-fungicidal seed treatment with the SDHI molecule. This product contains fludioxonil, prothioconazole, fluopyram, and thiamethoxam, which work together to control diseases and pests.
According to Ukravit, Bramkar effectively controls smut species, root rots, septoria, powdery mildew, grain weevils, wireworms, cereal flies, grain beetles, aphids, and leafhoppers. The product does not cause a retardant effect on plants and does not induce resistance in pest organisms.
