Unimech Invests ₹39 Crore in Saudi Joint Venture for Oil and Gas Components

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing has invested in its Saudi Arabian joint venture with Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Company (YBAK), injecting ₹39.36 crore into the first tranche of equity capital.

The investment, worth SAR 15.3 million, gives Unimech a 51% stake in Kanoo-Unimech Advanced Manufacturing Solutions, while YBAK holds 49%. The total planned equity capital is SAR 60 million, to be invested in two tranches.

The joint venture's Saudi facility is expected to begin commercial production by late March or early April 2027, manufacturing precision-engineered components for the oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia.
