Gas prices in Minnesota have risen for another week, reaching an average of $4.39 per gallon as of Monday morning, according to GasBuddy.

The increase is attributed to continued strikes on Russian oil refineries, which are tightening the global diesel supply, and the ongoing US-Iran situation, which remains unstable.

Nationally, gas prices have also increased by 18.5 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $4.44 per gallon.

The national average price of diesel has surged by 30.7 cents per gallon over the same period and now stands at $6.40 per gallon.
