A US missile strike has targeted an Iranian oil tanker near Kharg Island in the Gulf.
The incident occurred approximately four nautical miles from the island, with no immediate casualties reported.
Tasnim news agency said the vessel was struck by a projectile fired by US forces in the anchorage area of Kharg Island.
No one was injured in the incident and the tanker's crew is being evacuated.
