USDA Report Reveals Mixed Grain Export Bids at Gulf Coast Ports

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service released its Louisiana and Texas Export Bids report on September 25, 2026. The report covers futures settlements and export elevator bids at Gulf Coast ports in Louisiana for corn, soybeans, and wheat.

CBOT corn settlement prices ranged from 523.75 cents per bushel for September 2027 to 551.50 cents per bushel for July 2027. CBOT soybean settlements spanned from 1291.75 cents per bushel for September 2027 to 1350.75 cents per bushel for July 2027.

The average price for current delivery of US No. 2 Yellow Corn was $5.9125 per bushel, compared with $5.0150 per bushel a year earlier. For US No. 1 Soybeans at Gulf Coast ports in Louisiana, the average price for current delivery was $14.0050 per bushel, compared with $10.7225 per bushel a year earlier.

The report covers conventional export elevators at Gulf Coast ports in Louisiana, with freight terms listed as CIF-B, indicating cost, insurance, and freight by barge.
