USDA Reports Mixed Weekly Price Movements for Agricultural Commodities

According to the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service's weekly feedstuff market-data bundle for the week ending October 2, 2026, prices for various agricultural commodities showed mixed movements.

The National Weekly Ag Energy Round-Up, dated September 25, 2026, listed ethanol prices in Iowa at $1.96 per gallon and biodiesel B100 prices in Iowa and Minnesota at $2.07 to $2.18 per gallon.

Crude soybean oil prices were quoted at 66.43 to 72.93 cents per pound in Illinois and 68.93 to 68.98 cents per pound in Minnesota, with year-ago values ranging from 49.49 to 50.79 cents per pound.

The National Weekly Animal By-Product Feedstuff Report showed meat and bone meal prices quoted at $420.00 to $550.00 per ton in Minnesota, with an average price of $498.33 and a year-ago value of $335.00.
