Visakhapatnam Silver Price Falls to ₹2,40,000 per Kilogram

The silver price in Visakhapatnam has been fluctuating throughout July. It opened at ₹2,66,100 per kilogram on July 3rd and reached a high of ₹2,76,100 on July 4th. However, the rate dropped to ₹2,23,900 on July 15th before stabilizing at ₹2,40,000 by July 25th.

The monthly trend in Visakhapatnam shows that the silver price has been falling since January. After reaching a high of ₹4,20,900 per kilogram on January 31st, it dropped to ₹2,66,000 by March 31st and continued to decline throughout April and May. Although there was a slight increase in June, the rate fell again in July.

The purity of silver is typically expressed in fineness, with fine silver containing 99.9% pure silver content. Sterling silver, on the other hand, contains 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. The pricing of silver also includes making charges and a 3% GST.
