White Cliff Minerals Revamps Executive Incentives with Copper Resource and Share Price Targets
White Cliff Minerals has revamped its executive long-term incentive plan to better align management rewards with shareholder outcomes. The revised structure ties incentives to resource development, continuous service, and share price performance at the Rae project.
The company's remuneration committee reviewed the existing plan and introduced new short- and long-term metrics tied to achieving specified VWAP share price hurdles and defined copper exploration targets at the Danvers Project.
Under the proposed director long-term incentive plan, subject to shareholder approval at the 2026 annual general meeting, performance rights will be granted to directors for the 2027 financial year with vesting conditions based on achieving specified VWAP share price hurdles and defined copper exploration targets.
The company aims to secure management continuity while driving exploration and development milestones that are expected to underpin its growth and valuation. The revised plan has multiple tranches of rights rewarding tenure through continuous service milestones extending to 2029.
