Woodway Plans 22-Mile Natural Gas Pipeline for Hyperscale Data Center Project
Woodway Energy Infrastructure (Woodway) has announced plans to develop and operate a 22-mile natural gas pipeline in support of a hyperscale data center project. The pipeline will provide dedicated transportation capacity for the behind-the-meter power generation project, connecting reliable natural gas supply with critical energy demand.
According to Diaco Aviki, CEO of Woodway Energy Infrastructure, 'This project demonstrates Woodway's ability to rapidly deliver large-scale, purpose-built natural gas infrastructure for customers with demanding safety, reliability and capacity requirements.'
The pipeline is expected to enter commercial service in the first half of 2028, subject to customary regulatory reviews and approvals. Woodway will own and operate the pipeline, supported by 24/7 control room monitoring.
