$100M Stock Offering Fuels CleanCore's AI Pivot Amid DOGE Sale

CleanCore has announced a major pivot in its business strategy by shifting its focus from cleaning products to artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. The company has raised $100 million through a stock offering, which saw its common shares outstanding increase by 121.9%.

The offering consisted of issuing 275,829,576 new shares, with another 524.2 million shares remaining possible through warrant exercises. The pre-funded warrants cost $0.0001 per share to exercise and do not expire, while the investor warrants cost $0.25 per share and expire after five years.

CleanCore has also revealed that it sold substantially all of its Dogecoin (DOGE) assets on July 20 for approximately $33.4 million, with the proceeds going towards funding its AI infrastructure segment.
