$110M Equity Round Led by CoinFund Fuels Jeeves' Global Business Payments Expansion

Jeeves, a Miami-based company that provides corporate cards and treasury payments for businesses worldwide, raised $110 million in an equity round led by CoinFund. The investment was announced on September 29, with other investors including AllianceBernstein and Coinbase Ventures. Jeeves has seen significant growth, with annualized card and payment volumes exceeding $5 billion, including $1.5 billion settled through stablecoins.

The company also introduced a new stablecoin wallet that allows for payouts to over 190 countries, an AI spending tracker, and an accounts receivable module. Jeeves is expanding its stablecoin card offering from 25 to 35 countries and opening a Madrid office.

World Assets disclosed $49 million in private token sales of WLD with a one-year lockup, while Solana Company priced a $15 million registered direct offering with accompanying warrants.
