The 21Shares XRP ETF has lost over half of its assets in the first six months of 2026, suffering a $13.36 million loss due to heavy redemptions and falling XRP prices.

The fund's net assets stood at $112.9 million by the end of June, down from $247.7 million at the end of December, a decline of 54.4%.

This decline is attributed not only to the 42.9% drop in XRP prices to $1.0431 but also to the 20% decrease in outstanding shares from 13.89 million to 11.11 million.

The fund's redemption pressure eased in Q2, with a net issuance of 260,000 shares, but its NAV fell by 20.56%. The current market conditions have seen XRP-linked funds experience strong inflows, drawing around $300 million over four months.
