Aave's price has been steadily increasing despite a recent security exploit that caused losses of approximately $305,000. The incident involved an Ethereum module called FlashLoopAdapter, which is used for leveraged Aave V3 positions.

The attacker exploited an access-control weakness and withdrew collateral from two affected wallets. One transaction involved repaying 1,335 WETH in Aave debt, while another affected wallet lost approximately 6.4 weETH.

Despite the security concerns, Aave's price remains strong, trading above all four major daily exponential moving averages. The 20-day EMA stands at $150.27, while the 50-day EMA sits at $132.91.
