Alpha Modus Aims for $200M Bitcoin Boost Amid Ongoing Losses
Alpha Modus Holdings, a vertical AI company, plans to add over $200 million in Bitcoin to its balance sheet. This ambitious target is roughly ten times the company's current market capitalization of around $19 million.
The company went public through a SPAC-style business combination that closed in December 2024 and has since traded on Nasdaq under the ticker AMOD, with shares currently priced at approximately $3.80.
Alpha Modus reported a net loss of $2.15 million in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026 and losses totaling $6.17 million for the first half of that fiscal year.
The company initially announced its plan to allocate 25% of future revenues toward acquiring digital assets, with Bitcoin as the primary target, back in May 2025.
