Altcoins NIGHT PUMP STX Hit Key Resistance Levels in October Rally
The first week of October saw significant gains for three altcoins: Midnight (NIGHT), Pump.fun (PUMP), and Stacks (STX). NIGHT led the pack with a 68.5% increase, reaching a supply zone between $0.052 and $0.055 that had previously capped price in March. However, sellers intervened, pushing NIGHT down to $0.0451, a 7.6% drop in 24 hours. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) remains overbought near 75, but breakout volume was lower than in March, indicating limited conviction.
PUMP rose 27.3% this week, extending a rally of 457% from its mid-2026 low. The token broke above the $0.0050 to $0.0054 zone, which had rejected it in late August. Currently trading at $0.00646, PUMP is just above the 0.618 Fibonacci level at $0.0060. The RSI shows a possible bearish divergence, with a lower high than in August while price set a higher high.
STX gained 20.9% in the past week, bringing its total increase to 237% since its August low near $0.118. The token is now testing the $0.381 to $0.396 zone that capped price in January. Volume has supported the move, with sharp spikes during both the August reversal and the early October push. The RSI holds steady near 70 but also shows a lower high than in August.
Of the three, STX is the only one actively testing a breakout, while NIGHT is fighting a fresh rejection. Whether these resistance zones hold or break will determine the next leg for these altcoins.
