Amanda Fabiano Joins Cypherpunk Board Amid Zcash Mining Expansion

Cypherpunk Technologies has appointed Amanda Fabiano to its Board of Directors. Her extensive experience in digital asset mining, infrastructure development, and public company governance will support the company's strategy as it develops its mining operations and broader technology portfolio.

Fabiano brings senior leadership roles at Nakamoto Inc., TeraWulf Inc., Galaxy, and Fidelity to her new position. The appointment comes as Cypherpunk expands its Zcash mining activities and pursues additional investments in privacy-focused technologies.

Cypherpunk launched its mining business in August 2026, establishing approximately 4.2 GSol/s of mining hashrate across the United States. The company reported that Cypherpunk Mining generated 3,023.13 ZEC in mining rewards between August 18 and August 31, 2026.

Cypherpunk's strategy combines direct ownership of Zcash with mining infrastructure and investments in technologies intended to expand privacy capabilities across the internet.
