Amaze Holdings Strikes $155M Deal for Gold-Backed DeFi Platform BullionFX
Amaze Holdings, Inc., a creator-economy commerce platform, has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire BullionFX's assets, including its core Alchemy platform. The all-stock transaction is valued at approximately $155 million and would significantly dilute existing stockholders.
The proposed acquisition marks a strategic pivot for Amaze, which currently helps creators build brands and sell products. The deal would position the company at the intersection of two trends that have gained momentum in 2026: the expansion of stablecoin usage and renewed institutional interest in gold as a store of value.
BullionFX's Alchemy platform is built around a network where every unit of digital value is tied to physical gold held by independent custodians. Its flagship $GOLD token is designed to be backed one-to-one by vaulted, audited gold, with reserves intended to be subject to real-time attestation through third-party audit mechanisms.
Amaze plans to prioritize the activation of Alchemy's self-custody retail wallet and proprietary yield engines after closing. The company also intends to pursue a listed Stable Asset Treasury vehicle for gold and U.S. dollars, subject to regulatory approvals.
