Amaze Holdings to Acquire Gold-Backed DeFi Ecosystem Alchemy

Amaze Holdings (NYSE: AMZE) has entered into a binding Letter of Intent to acquire BullionFX's assets, including its core platform Alchemy, for approximately $155 million in stock. The acquisition would bring Amaze a gold-backed decentralized financial ecosystem, comprising decentralized infrastructure targeting retail, institutional, and blockchain markets.

The proposed acquisition includes technology, infrastructure, and intellectual property behind Alchemy, which is built around auditable physical gold. This would mark a strategic expansion for Amaze beyond creator commerce into gold-backed digital-asset infrastructure. The transaction comes amid a resurgence in cryptocurrency markets, rapid growth in stablecoin volume, renewed institutional engagement with digital assets, and continued strength in gold as a store of value.

Alchemy's platform is designed to be backed one-to-one by vaulted physical gold, with reserves intended to be subject to real-time attestation through third-party audit mechanisms. The platform provides gold-based infrastructure spanning gold as a currency, gold-collateralized USD products, and gold-backed financial products on an Ethereum-based Layer 2 network.
