Hyperliquid (HYPE) token price slipped below $88 during the latest market session. The move came as Andrew Tate transferred 20,950 HYPE tokens worth around $1.87 million to Binance on October 3. This transfer is significant because it can increase available supply without confirming a sale.
According to CoinMarketCap data, HYPE price near $87.87 on October 3, after weakening by about 2.7% over the past 24 hours. The token had traded around $90.93 on September 30 and $87.71 on October 1 before slipping again.
Lookonchain linked the transaction to Tate's tracked wallet and reported a large paper gain. It also estimated that the wallet's total HYPE profit at $7.24 million, representing a reported return of 1,317% based on its transaction history and valuations.
