Arbitrum Surges on Strong Momentum Amid USDC Integration
Arbitrum (ARB) has been trading with strong short-term upward momentum and high volatility after its price climbed 7.17% to $0.0808. According to traders, this move is a result of the asset's ability to outperform its short- and medium-term averages while maintaining long-term trend resistance.
The integration of USDC deposits and withdrawals on Arbitrum by BVNK has significantly boosted transaction speed and liquidity management, accelerating network adoption for global business payments. This development has raised Arbitrum's profile as a practical solution for institutional-grade transactions.
On the technical front, ARB/USD is trading above its MA-20 ($0.0764) and MA-50 ($0.0756), but remains below the MA-200 ($0.0998). Immediate support is provided by the Ichimoku Kijun line at $0.0778.
Analysts note that a bullish breakout above $0.0817 could open the way for further gains, while a close below $0.0778 would put deeper retracements toward the lower end of the expected range in play.
