Arbitrum (ARB) has surged over 15% in value after Standard Chartered initiated research coverage, highlighting the impact of the Robinhood Chain launch on network revenue. The asset is trading above its major moving averages and exhibits a bullish trend across short, medium, and long-term metrics.

The estimated monthly network revenue for Arbitrum has reached $5 million, more than five times its previous level. This increase is due to external chains paying 10% of their net protocol revenue to support the Arbitrum ecosystem. The infrastructure is also being explored by traditional financial institutions as a key platform for on-chain asset tokenization.

The technical levels are supporting the rally, with ARB/USD trading above its 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day moving averages at $0.1326, $0.1025, and $0.1012, respectively. Momentum signals remain strong, with a MACD indicating a strong buy and an ADX confirming the trend.
