ARKVX Tokens Now Available on Ethereum for as Little as $500
Cathie Wood's ARK Venture Fund has been tokenized on Ethereum, allowing investors to buy in for as little as $500. The fund, known by its ticker ARKVX, holds stakes in companies like SpaceX and Anthropic.
The move marks the first time an ARK fund has been brought onto a blockchain, and it follows a strategic stake taken by Wood's firm in Securitize in October 2025. Securitize is a company that runs roughly $5 billion in tokenized assets for firms including Apollo, BNY, KKR, and VanEck.
The tokens don't trade freely yet, and the fund's shares are not listed on a securities exchange. Liquidity remains limited to periodic repurchase offers, which may be oversubscribed. Transfers are restricted to approved and whitelisted wallets, and there is still no established venue where token holders can sell to each other.
