Armstrong Rejects Allegations of Opposing CLARITY Bill

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has denied allegations that he opposed the CLARITY bill, which was recently rejected by the Senate.

Armstrong claimed that the Wall Street Journal created a false narrative about him and Coinbase.

According to Armstrong, he initially opposed an earlier version of the bill, but supported its final form, which includes provisions related to decentralized finance (DeFi) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) authority.
