Aron Targets Robinhood Over SEC Dispute
Adam Aron has once again called out Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev for allegedly challenging the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In a recent statement, Aron expressed his concerns about the lack of voting rights for foreign-listed stocks in the United States.
Aron's comments come as the SEC is under scrutiny for its handling of cryptocurrency regulations. The agency has been accused of being overly aggressive in its enforcement actions, which some argue could have a chilling effect on innovation in the space.
As a result, Aron believes that companies like Robinhood should be allowed to list foreign stocks without sacrificing their ability to trade in U.S. markets.
