Arthur Hayes Boosts ENA Holdings as Ethena Expands USDe Rewards

Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, has continued to accumulate Ethena's governance token ENA in recent days. Over a five-day period, he purchased approximately $2 million worth of ENA tokens, with his latest buy consisting of 10.9 million coins for around $985,000 from Binance.

Hayes' accumulation strategy suggests confidence in Ethena's governance token and may be interpreted as a signal by retail traders. However, it is essential to note that this buying activity does not guarantee future price performance.

Ethena has also expanded the utility of its stablecoin USDe through a new incentive on Aave's Monad deployment. Users can now earn 5% APY in promotional rewards for depositing USDe as collateral, with a maximum eligible pool size of $250 million.
