Avalanche's Price Stuck Between Bullish and Bearish Signals
Avalanche's price is currently facing uncertainty as it breaks below an ascending trendline on the daily timeframe, but also shows signs of holding above a shorter descending channel on the 4-hour chart.
This contradictory setup has left investors wondering whether the token will bounce back or continue its downward trend. On the daily chart, Avalanche's price broke below the trendline that carried it higher from June's lows to resistance at $7.09 in July. However, on the 4-hour chart, the token managed to break out of a descending channel and is holding above it.
The recent pullback has seen Avalanche's price drop by 3.13% over the past 24 hours, with a 7.81% decline over 30 days, 30.17% over 90 days, and 35.29% over 180 days. The token's price has also decreased by 69.31% over a full year.
Despite the bearish trend on the daily chart, the 4-hour recovery attempt is still a genuine short-term positive. However, until Avalanche clears $7.09 on the daily timeframe, the bigger picture remains cautious.
