Binance Expands Capital Connect to High-Net-Worth Investors

Binance has opened its Capital Connect platform to high-net-worth individual investors, allowing them to access professional trading strategies and evaluate their performance.

This move is a response to demand from these investors who want to use Capital Connect, according to Catherine Chen, who leads Binance's VIP and Institutional team.

The platform sits on Binance's Portfolio Account system, which handles management and performance fees along with risk metrics. Trading teams design and run the strategies themselves, mirroring the SMA model used in conventional finance.

Capital Connect started out with crypto-only approaches but has since expanded to include strategies that combine digital and traditional assets. This allows investors to diversify their portfolios and compare standardized performance data in one place.
