Binance Lists Stock-Linked Derivatives for Hut 8, AMC Entertainment, and More

Binance Futures has expanded its list of stock-linked derivatives by launching seven new USDT-margined perpetual contracts tied to US equities. These contracts, which went live on September 18, include names like Hut 8, AMC Entertainment, UiPath, Arista Networks, and Cypherpunk Technologies.

The contracts carry tickers such as PATHUSDT (UiPath), AMCUSDT (AMC Entertainment), CYPHUSDT (Cypherpunk Technologies), ANETUSDT (Arista Networks), HUTUSDT (Hut 8), APLDUSDT, and AGPUUSDT. All are denominated in USDT, Tether's dollar-pegged stablecoin, and reference the underlying equity prices of their respective companies.

These perpetual futures contracts do not expire but instead use periodic funding rate payments to keep prices tethered to the spot market. Funding rates settle every eight hours, with caps set at +2% and -2% per interval.
