Binance is set to begin its second phase of cryptocurrency withdrawals on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, following last week’s $6.3 billion hack. The exchange announced that withdrawals for additional assets will resume progressively starting at 04:00 UTC, prioritizing tokens based on user demand over the past week. Binance emphasized that the rollout will follow the same gradual approach as the first phase, with security and readiness checks completed for each asset.
The second phase includes networks such as Binance Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron, and Base. Deposits remain available, and Binance has also reopened withdrawals for several fiat currencies, including the US dollar, United Arab Emirates dirham, Vietnamese dong, Philippine peso, and Indonesian rupiah, adding to a list of 23 other currencies already available for withdrawal.
Data from DefiLlama shows that outflows from Binance have slowed since Sunday, with net outflows on Monday at $2.57 billion, compared to $6.1 billion the day before. Binance also issued a security reminder, warning users about scammers who may exploit the phased reopening by impersonating the exchange and offering accelerated withdrawals, priority processing, or directing users to move assets into a purported “Binance vault.”
Binance stressed that anyone promising to expedite withdrawals for a fee is likely a scammer. The exchange continues to prioritize security and user demand as it gradually restores withdrawal services.
