Binance Stocks Platform Expands with 25 New Listings Amid Record Tokenization Growth
Binance is significantly expanding its traditional brokerage platform, Binance Stock Trading, by adding 25 new listings at once. This move comes as the exchange's decentralized arm records historic highs. The new listings range from heavyweights in the logistics and defense sectors to complex leveraged ETFs tracking chipmaker SK Hynix.
The integration of these securities creates a two-speed hub where investors are offered two opposing approaches to the same American assets: Binance Stocks, with strict U.S. stock exchange trading hours, and bStocks platform, which offers tokenized stocks in the BEP-20 standard that trade around the clock and are available in fractional amounts starting at just $5.
The value of tokenized assets on the bStocks beta has grown by nearly a third (+29.7%) over the past 30 days, approaching a significant milestone of $753.59 million. However, this growth is largely due to retail investors moving away from rapid intraday speculative trading and instead holding these assets for the long term.
The full launch of 25 new traditional stocks creates a solid foundation for further tokenization, with the platform's experience suggesting that the most liquid of today's new listings could soon join the current lineup of 77 RWA tokens.
