Binance has launched its 'Starter Carnival' edition featuring the Stocks Welcome Rewards campaign. The campaign runs from October 1, 2026, to October 30, 2026, with a $200,000-valued prize pool.

Users can participate by completing trading tasks or transferring U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs to earn guaranteed token vouchers, fee rebates, and tiered USDC bonuses. The transfer bonuses range from 150 USDC up to 12,000 USDC, subject to a strict 90-day holding period.

The campaign is split into two primary promotions.
