Bitcoin and Ethereum Suffering from Bearish Momentum, Li Ying Warns of Technical Corrections
Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) are experiencing significant price fluctuations. The current market is described as a 'deflated ball,' with many wondering if it's time to buy the dip or if the decline will continue.
The bearish momentum in Bitcoin shows no signs of exhaustion, with the EMA moving averages displaying a typical bearish alignment and the MACD indicator's DIF and DEA lines trending downward. The price is tightly clinging to the lower band of the Bollinger Bands, which are opening downward, indicating increased volatility to the downside.
Li Ying suggests going short at 75,900 with a stop loss of 400 points and targeting 74,600. Alternatively, if the price holds above 76,400 as support, she recommends going long with a stop loss of 400 points and aiming for 78,500.
Ethereum is also experiencing bearish momentum, but Li Ying notes that the MACD indicator's DIF and DEA show weakening bearish momentum. The price is closely hugging the lower band of 2,351, and the Bollinger Bands are opening downward, indicating a classic weak channel.
Li Ying advises going long at 2,360 with a stop loss of 40 points and targeting 2,430. Alternatively, if the price falls below 2,400, she suggests going short with a stop loss of 40 points and aiming for 2,350.
