Bitcoin Breakout Alert: ETF Inflows Reach $2.39 Billion
Bitcoin's price is eyeing a breakout to $90,000 after spot Bitcoin ETFs saw their strongest inflow week since October 2025, with $2.39 billion pouring in last week.
This surge in fund flows has sent retail sentiment around BTC into the 'bullish' zone on Stocktwits, with watchers increasing by over 125% over the past week.
However, not everyone is convinced that a push higher to $90,000 is imminent. Crypto analyst Michaël van de Poppe said that Bitcoin needs to break above $84,800 for this to happen.
The main risk this week will be macro data, with August personal consumption expenditures due on September 30. Fundstrat's Tom Lee had argued that the release could work in crypto's favor, potentially cutting core inflation and leading to a more neutral rate environment.
