Bitcoin Briefly Pushes Market Above Consolidation Range
The cryptocurrency market has seen a rebound in recent days, as its total capitalization rose by 1.6% over the past 24 hours to $2.19 trillion. This uptick comes after the market pulled back from its lower boundary of the trading channel it has been within for the past month and a half.
The top gainers among the most actively traded coins were Tezos, which rose by 3.6%, followed closely by Aave at 2.9%, and Bitcoin at 1.3%. Smaller coins such as Immutable, Filecoin, and Cosmos saw sharper declines of -6.4%, -5.7%, and -4.8% respectively.
The sentiment index has risen to 41, placing it in the 'fear' zone, but this is still a significant increase from its previous levels since mid-May. This upward trend prompts caution, as only a sustained move above 50 can be considered a shift in the market cycle.
