Bitcoin (BTC) Faces Immediate Resistance as Van de Poppe Maps Trade Levels
Cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe has mapped out key trade levels on the 4-hour chart for Bitcoin (BTC). According to his analysis, BTC is currently trading at $77,980.38 and faces immediate resistance from the EMA50 at $78,817.47.
The MACD death cross at -306.45 reinforces bearish momentum, while the RSI remains neutral at 38.78. Van de Poppe suggests that a likely retracement toward lower band support at $77,794.43 could occur before any sustained move higher.
BTC is also testing upper Bollinger resistance at $79,655.25. The EMA200 at $74,090.67 provides distant support, but for now, the focus remains on the near-term resistance levels.
