Bitcoin Bulls Emerge as BTC Prepares for Potential Stronger Trend
The Bitcoin market is shifting towards a bullish phase after failing to break through resistance levels in H1 2027. According to CryptoQuant's analysis, BTC is moving away from a weakness zone and toward a possible bullish phase.
The extreme conditions associated with either a speculative bubble or a severe crash have faded, giving way to a potential stronger upward trend. However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) suggests that bears might pull back the bulls, indicating overbought conditions.
The comparison with gold shows that institutional investors are more defensively positioned towards Bitcoin than gold, but this doesn't necessarily mean they're outright bearish. In fact, heavy put-option activity around Bitcoin ETFs indicates investors are protecting against downside, which could add further buying pressure if BTC rallies.
