Bitcoin ETF Inflows Fail to Spark Price Action as Market Awaits $65K Breakout

Bitcoin appears to be forming a price bottom within a narrow trading range despite significant U.S. spot Bitcoin ETF inflows. On August 4, these ETFs saw net inflows of $211 million, according to The Block.

The market's muted reaction to the ETF inflows has raised questions about their effectiveness in driving price action. However, analysts suggest that this is a natural pause after recent volatility and not necessarily a bearish signal.

Wintermute analyst Jasper De Maere emphasized that Bitcoin must decisively break above $65,000 to validate the current recovery scenario. This level is viewed as a critical resistance point, and a failure to clear it could keep the market in a prolonged consolidation.
