Bitcoin ETFs Absorb $313M in Fresh Capital Amid Turbulent Trading

US spot Bitcoin ETFs have attracted a net $313.6 million in fresh capital between September 1 and September 18, according to recent data. Despite this influx, the funds experienced turbulent trading sessions, flipping between inflows and outflows almost daily.

Only six of the 13 trading sessions ended with inflows, while seven concluded with outflows. The month's cumulative figure is a testament to the market's volatility, but it still matters for a segment managing roughly $102.5 billion in total assets.

The largest contributor to the net inflows was Fidelity's FBTC, which saw $310.7 million invested on September 18. BlackRock's IBIT also played a significant role with $108.4 million in new capital.

Grayscale's GBTC, however, continued its streak of net redemptions through September. The fund has been losing assets since converting to an ETF structure and shows no signs of slowing down.
