Bitcoin ETFs Absorb Record Inflow as Price Hits $85,000
Bitcoin spot ETFs have seen their largest inflow since October 2025, when the price of Bitcoin reached an all-time high. On Monday, a total of $998.95 million flowed into these funds, with BlackRock's IBIT taking the lead at $381.37 million.
This figure marks the ninth-largest daily inflow since the products launched on January 11, 2024, and it comes after two consecutive days of gains for Bitcoin. Despite concerns over fiscal debt and recent market volatility, institutions continued to buy into these funds, with Ark's ARKB and Fidelity's FBTC also seeing significant inflows.
Bitcoin has climbed 44% to $85,000 over the quarter, beating other major assets such as gold. However, on a year-to-date basis, spot ETFs remain in the red by $450 million, with Monday's inflow only closing the gap.
