Bitcoin ETFs Draw $189.9 Million in Net Inflows on Oct. 2
U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) saw a significant boost in investments on Oct. 2, with a total of $189.9 million in net inflows. This marks the second consecutive trading day of gains for these funds, with the five-day net inflows reaching $241.1 million. BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) was the largest contributor to the day's total, accounting for $158.2 million of the investments.
Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) added $29.3 million, while MSBT gained $2.4 million. Interestingly, no fund reported a net outflow on Oct. 2. The cumulative net flows since the funds' launch stood at $57,857.0 million.
This increase in investments is a positive sign for the cryptocurrency market, particularly for Bitcoin. The fact that the funds have seen consecutive days of gains is a testament to the growing interest and confidence in Bitcoin as a viable investment option.
