PFI Secures $4 Million Investment to Expand Global Payments Network
PFI has completed a $4 million strategic investment round with Alpha Capital and BD Ventures, securing a 4% equity stake in the company. The deal brings PFI's post-money valuation to $100 million and marks the start of a broader collaboration aimed at expanding the company's global payments and settlement network.
The investment will support PFI's next phase of international expansion, leveraging Alpha Capital's expertise in Web3 and emerging technologies, as well as BD Ventures' extensive global network. The partnership will focus on capital, market resources, ecosystem development, and international business growth.
PFI is building a cross-border payments and settlement network designed to connect payment channels across different countries and regions. The platform integrates local fiat access, foreign exchange, liquidity, clearing, and multi-party settlement infrastructure to improve the efficiency of cross-border transactions.
The $4 million investment is the first phase of a longer-term capital cooperation plan. PFI will continue advancing a second-phase strategic investment of $10 million, with additional international capital and ecosystem resources expected in subsequent phases.
